Semi-detached family home — Twickenham

Project summary

This semi-detached family home in Twickenham benefited hugely from a ground floor extension and internal refurbishment. Cube saw great potential in converting what were multiple, small living/dining areas into a large extended open-plan space. 

By adding a stunning feature window at the rear, sliding doors and four large Velux windows to the pitched roof we achieved a clean, modern look, flooded with natural light. Thanks to underfloor heating it’s now a comfy spot that can be enjoyed all year round.

Slip bricks were the answer to creating a partially exposed brick wall which nicely complements the bespoke handmade painted kitchen and chalkboard wall. Industrial pendant lighting gives the space a unique contemporary look and feel, loved by our clients. The separate laundry and utility room is not just useful and adding additional value to the property but completes the transformation.
